Redhead (Aythya americana)


Meow Call: A catlike meow uttered by the drake during courtship activities (Palmer 1976).

Female Quack: The female Redhead has a hoarse quack that she delivers in a variety of situations, such as during courtship, when alarmed, or when taking flight (Palmer 1976).
